Return & Exchange & Refund Policy

By ordering from this website, you agree to the following policies:

Exchange, refund, return, cancellation:

We would like to inform our customers that all order changes must be communicated to us via email/WhatsAPP as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to modify your order details. Once your order has been placed, we regret to inform you that we do not allow any cancellations as we process all orders very quickly. This is to ensure minimal disruption to our order fulfillment team. Exceptions apply, all order cancellations are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us via email within 30 days of the package being delivered to you for return/exchange instructions. Returns and exchanges are only available for items that arrive defective or damaged and must be in the original packaging.

Please note that we will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges in the following situations:
1. The package was lost in transit;
2. The wrong item was sent;
3. Items are damaged during transportation.

We do not bear the return and exchange freight charges in the following situations:
1. dislike;
2. Wrong purchase;
3. Don’t want it anymore.
4. Caused by other customer reasons.

Please ensure that returned items are shipped via trackable shipping. All exchanges and refunds will only be processed after the actual product is received at our warehouse. Returned products must be in original condition (unopened, unused, in original packaging) to be eligible for an exchange/refund. QueenBoho Co. will not be held responsible if the returned package is lost in transit.

Customers must contact us via email/WhatsAPP (or other means) within 72 hours/3 days of receipt of the product and provide evidence of damage to the product (via photos or videos that best demonstrate the defect/damage). A decision to offer a refund/replacement upon return of the product will be made after checking the available evidence.
