How long does it take to receive my product?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our shoes, production typically takes 3-5 days after an order is placed. In cases where production time is extended due to raw material shortages, high order volumes, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly notify you to keep you informed of your order status.
Typically, it takes about 7-15 business days for our products to be delivered from the day of shipment. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 7-12 business days. Shipping is currently available only to US, AU, UK, CA, and other 10+ countries, with delivery times around 9-15 working days. Please note that during holidays, our shipping time may vary.
We temporarily do not provide transportation to the following countries: Iraq, Palestinian Territories, Libya, French Polynesia, Botswana, Azerbaijan, Antigua and Barbuda, Åland Islands, Bouvet Island, French Southern Territories, Congo - Kinshasa, Heard & McDonald Islands, Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia, Mali, U.S. Outlying Islands, Micronesia, Antarctica, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Saint Barthélemy, Svalbard and Jan Mayen.
