Shipping Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of our shoes, production typically takes 3-5 days after an order is placed. In cases where production time is extended due to raw material shortages, high order volumes, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly notify you to keep you informed of your order status.
Typically, it takes about 7-15 business days for our products to be delivered from the day of shipment. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 7-12 business days. Shipping is currently available only to US, AU, UK, CA and other 10+ countries address as of the moment and delivery time is around 9-15 working days. Please note that during the holidays our Shipping time may vary.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
