Additionally, we recommend using COLORLESS SHOE POLISH to maintain your shoes.

Care Instructions:

1. Clean the leather: Before applying colorless shoe polish, gently wipe the leather surface with a clean, soft cloth or shoe brush to remove dust and dirt. This ensures that the polish is applied evenly.
2. Apply the polish: Using a soft cloth or a specialized shoe polish sponge, take a small amount of colorless shoe polish and apply it evenly over the surface of the shoes. Be careful not to use too much, and apply it with even pressure to avoid damaging the leather.
3. Allow it to absorb: After applying the polish, wait a few minutes to allow it to be fully absorbed by the leather.
4. Buff the shoes: Gently buff the surface of the shoes with a clean, soft cloth until a natural shine appears. This step helps remove any excess polish and leaves your shoes looking more polished and vibrant.
5. Regular maintenance: We recommend performing this care routine every 1-2 weeks, especially if the shoes are worn frequently, to ensure the leather stays in optimal condition.

These boots are so cute. You will love the lace-up styling and the inside zipper. They allow for adjusting how tightly the boot shaft fits around your leg while still offering easy in-and-out access.
The footbed is comfortable and uses more padding to be softer under the foot and to add a bit more support under the instep.
They dress up a pair of jeans but can be quite casual. The leather is very soft to the touch but holds its shape. You can wear these for a long time.

Shipping Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our shoes, production typically takes 3-5 days after an order is placed. In cases where production time is extended due to raw material shortages, high order volumes, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly notify you to keep you informed of your order status.

Typically, it takes about 7-15 business days for our products to be delivered from the day of shipment. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 7-12 business days. Shipping is currently available only to US, AU, UK, CA and other 10+ countries address as of the moment and delivery time is around 9-15 working days.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
